I have the same issue as others have raised with my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw where I am unable to connect to "Apps" for the scanner functionality. Whenever I click on the Apps icon from the main screen on the printer, it just stays on the "Connecting..." hourglass.I've gone through the recommended process of manually resetting the network power in order to refresh the network connection and as well as updating the DNS for my printer to 209.244.0.3 (preferred) and 209.244.0.4 (alternate).I've also followed the recommended steps of attempting to REMOVE the "Web Services" from the printer so that I may set it up again, however as soon as I confirmed the removal, it gives me the same "Connecting..." hourglass and nothing ever happens.Further, I believe my router settings are correct, because I have another HP Photosmart 7525 at home using the same router and the "Apps" are working just fine. Please advise ASAP.
