Cant paste

Cant paste in creative. Like title says, I cant seem to paste any workshop blueprints in both survival with creative mode enabled, and in a creative world. I also cant put cant paste cant paste it says to install something for my mouse, office enable copy and paste but when I click on it, it says unable to install! Installation currently unavailable. Even at 99.0C, it still shouldn't thermal throttle.But speed can be throttled for other reasons, like power limit - another problem gaming laptops have, so even if you do succeed getting thermals down, the tight power limits are still going to get in the way. nice thx for your help, i think ill take the risk and go with liquid metal.also is there any high performance high viscosity paste you know if i change my mind? i cant seem to find anything on google.
